OPTION AGREEMENTS
We enter into option agreements with land owners, giving us the right to acquire land once we have secured a planning consent. This enables land owners to share in any value uplift once a planning consent is secured.
PROMOTION AGREEMENTS
We sign up to promotion agreements with land owners, taking on the funding and end-to-end management of the planning permission process, ahead of an open market land sale.
JOINT VENTURES
JVs are a great option for land owners who are happy to co-fund the planning process alongside us, leveraging our team's deep expertise in delivering viable, institutional grade care home developments.
MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS
We work alongside other specialist developers on the delivery of mixed use sites, having the capability to lead these projects if necessary. Our team's expertise spans care, residential, commercial and leisure schemes.
